I am a master’s student at the Department of Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics (DPMMS) at Cambridge University studying Part iii with primary focus on Mathematical Statistics. I consider myself a multidisciplinary individual with interest ranging from modern statistics, economics, and pure mathematics.

Research

My current research interests lie at the construction of the intersection between machine learning and causal inference as well as applications in the social sciences, such as in development economics. In the past, I have worked with structural models, causal inference, and randomized control trials to understand and mitigate social problems.

Bio

Before coming to Cambridge University, I completed a BS in Applied Mathematics and a BA in Economics at ITAM, Mexico, where I graduated with the maximum distinction (Honor mention) from both degrees.
